Custom Beef - Deposit

Pay your $100 deposit to reserve your Quarter, Half, or Whole side of beef.  Once your order has been processed, we will contact you to let you know the total hanging weight and final price (calculated at $5.99/lb). Please allow for some natural variation. 

Final payment will be due when you pick up your order at The Farm Store in Loreauville. Please note that we are not able to offer shipping, delivery, or Farmer's Market pickup on custom orders. 

The following reference is for informational purposes only. These are estimates based on approximate weights. Each cow is different, so each custom order will be a different final price.

Quarter Cow:

• hanging weight: 120-140 lbs
• storage space: 4-5 cubic feet
• estimated final price: $719-$839

Half Cow:

• hanging weight: 240-280 lbs
• storage space: 8-10 cubic feet
• estimate final price: $1438-$1677

Whole Cow:

• hanging weight: 480 - 560 lbs
• storage space: 16-20 cubic feet
• estimated final price: $2875-$3354

Once your deposit has been received, you will receive an email confirmation. Please see our Cut Sheet, then fill this out and send it back to us at sales@glcranch.com so we can schedule your cow for processing. Once we have a final weight, we will contact you to let you know the final price and estimated pick-up date.
